With over 25 years at ExxonMobil and Mercedes Benz, I have expertise in marketing, strategy, business development, and design thinking. As Managing Director of Strategic Business Development in Indonesia, I gained deep insights into leadership challenges, particularly in communication, psychological safety, and relationship-building. I have seen how failures in these areas affect organizational performance and team productivity, motivating my commitment to fostering collaborative environments and coaching skills in leaders.

I am a Human-Centred Designer

At the heart of my approach is Human-Centred Design. This means that when I tailor training programs for your organisation, I prioritise understanding your needs, experiences, and perspectives. By centring our workshops and training around your unique context, I aim to create sessions that are both practical and engaging.

With over 13 years of experience as a design thinker, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My tenure as a Senior Design Strategist at ExxonMobil for five years equipped me with valuable insights into the complexities of large organisations. During this time, I was honoured to receive recognition from ExxonMobil’s Design Council, which awarded me the highest level of practice in design thinking, acknowledging my skills, expertise, and leadership.

Additionally, my role as an alumni coach for IDEOU’s design thinking programs allowed me to mentor learners on effectively applying design thinking across various domains. I focus on applying design thinking to business design, strategy development, effective communication, systems thinking, service design, and fostering creativity within organisations. Each training program I develop is infused with this robust understanding of design thinking principles, ensuring that participants not only learn but also leave inspired and equipped to apply these concepts in their work.
